Tami Rachel, Owner, CEO, The Boss

In 1984 Tami started Clowning Around with one clown, Penelope, a helium tank and balloons. She found her career taking off because of her love for children and desire to be in business for herself.

Over the years Clowning Around has evolved into a multi-faceted company providing balloon deliveries and decorations as well as entertainment for a wide variety of events. Clowning Around offers services for birthday parties, corporate events, schools, churches, festivals, fairs and more.

David Briggs, Managing Partner, NOT The Boss

In 1993, David took a library book and a desire to work for himself, and started making balloon animals. With fast hands and an arsenal of really bad jokes, David became Bender the balloon artist. After working with Clowning Around, David also became Bender the juggler, stilt walker, and poi artist. By combining their different strengths, David and Tami team up to make Clowning Around what it is today.
